Patio doors from the lounge area lead you out to your outdoor living space. A private, heated swimming pool, and perfectly located sunbeds enjoy a vista stretching down to the ocean and to the right, Montana Roja - the Red Mountain. There’s a brick Bbq too for a spot of al-fresco dining!

Upstairs you’ll find two stylish bedrooms with views across Playa Blanca. The master bedroom comes complete with a king-sized bed and there’s a pretty twin bedroom and spacious family bathroom.

Casa Luca is just a 5-minute walk from the nearest supermarket and restaurants with the main resort of Playa Blanca a mere 5-minute drive away. Throughout your Lanzarote holiday villa, there’s WiFi, a Tv with a great range of international channels and a Dvd player!

The villa has Air Conditioning which is coin operated. Pre-payment options are available, please ask for details.

Towels and linen (Including pool towels) are all provided and changed every full week of your holiday.

Airport Transfers are available both Shared and Exclusive. We can arrange this at very reasonable rates for our guests, please ask for a price list.

Car Hire. We can arrange to have a vehicle of your choice awaiting your arrival at the Arrecife airport in Lanzarote along with the company representative.

A Welcome Pack consisting, of tea, Water, Sugar, Orange Juice, Beer, Coffee, Milk, Biscuits, Wine/Cava is included in the above prices.

All payments are taken in Gbp and either a £7.50 per person per stay Breakages Insurance or £400 Refundable Security Deposit is payable.
