Aiolos 20 apartment enjoys a popular location within a stylish and modern holiday complex that has an enormous communal pool which you can enjoy to your heart’s content. A perfect choice for families with children of all ages, this recently refurbished contemporary property enjoys a convenient spot in Puerto Calero’s Noray Residential area, within easy reach of all of the marina’s outstanding amenities.

The accommodation extends over two floors with the upper floor comprising of a large master suite. Here you’ll find two beds turned into a comfortable double with an adjoining mattress topper or separated into a pair of twins if required. This room has ample storage in fitted wardrobes and air conditioning to ensure complete comfort on even the hottest Canarian nights. This floor is also home to a second twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a separate well-equipped family bathroom with a tub and shower.

Downstairs, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need to self-cater for your family, even down to the Nespresso coffee machine. You’ll also find a separate WC on this floor with a hand basin, and a comfortable living room with a Smart television including Netflix and many English channels for you to enjoy. Here, you’ll also find a spacious dining area, although you may prefer to eat out on the terrace where you can enjoy meals al fresco. Off the kitchen, you’ll also find a Solana which has a drying area and a washing machine for extra convenience.

Just a ten-minute stroll from this lovely property, you’ll find the relaxing and luxurious marina of Puerto Calero. Here, you’ll have a wealth of designer shops, bars and restaurants to choose from, and you may even spot a super yacht or two as you sip a drink or enjoy a gourmet meal.

My experience of staying at this property was excellent from start to finish. Due to unforeseen circumstances I needed to make a same day booking, the communication from staff was excellent and they even managed to get the accommodation ready for an earlier check-in. The accommodation and location itself was great. I would without a doubt stay use the company and stay here again.

Love Puerto calero

A great base to explore puerto calero and the whole island. Located in a quiet well positioned and comfortable complex we made the most of all lanzarote had too offer. Local bus service was available to all areas of the island plus the location allowed us to maintain our daily step count . We'd definitely return to puerto calero ❤️

We recently had the pleasure of staying at BuenaVilla in Puerto Calero, and our experience was exceptional. Communication with the host was clear and efficient, making the check-in process seamless. The apartment itself was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the outdoor space—the terrace and balcony enjoy sunlight from sunrise until late afternoon, providing the perfect setting to relax in peaceful surroundings. The pool area, complete with sun loungers, was beautifully maintained and consistently quiet, offering a tranquil retreat. The location is equally impressive, with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and volcanoes. The neighborhood is picturesque, featuring palm tree-lined streets and a serene atmosphere. Si buscas estar en un entorno tranquilo, con espacio en el exterior y junto a un complejo deportivo con padel, gimnasio, piscina... este es tú residencial. Nosotros conocemos la isla y la zona y es exactamente lo q. Si quieres algo con más marcha a diario, Puerto Calero no es el destino. Necesitas coche para todo.
