Set over one floor, this fabulous luxury villa has been fully refurbished with high quality materials and finishes. This fabulous villa boasts three large bedrooms, comprising of one master suite (king size bedroom with ensuite bathroom), one king size bedroom and a twin bedroom sharing a main bathroom.
It has a fantastic modern kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to cook and entertain with. You can sit and eat in the dining room and get cosy in the lounge space with a large comfortable sofas to watch the full UK TV We also have fibre optic high speed broadband Wifi so you can keep up to date with the outside world if you choose to.
Finally, and probably best of all, you can chill and relax in the sunshine in our beautifully landscaped garden and swimming pool area. With an extensive terrace area and a large outdoor dining area under a large pergola. You can play table tennis or sit at the bar and BBQ area to enjoy a refreshing drink. The garden has everything you will require to enjoy the gorgeous Lanzarote climate.

Fabulous property, so much space, very well catered for in terms of seating, amenities and kitchen equipment. Great correspondence with owner. Perfect baby facilities but could probably do with a baby bath option too. Pool perfect temp. So many restaurants close by too. A perfect break and great first holiday for a 6month old

Fantastic Family Holiday

We had a fantastic holiday at Villa Soraya. The villa was perfect for us and as described plenty to keep us entertained. Daily game of tennis , playing table tennis and boules. There is also fantastic selection of restaurants and bars directly over the road. Communication with Jo was great. Prompt replies and nothing was too much for her. Would highly recommend the villa and would definitely return.

Excellent Place

Loved the villa and all that it has to offer, outdoor area is amazing we had a very nice relaxed time. If you want it very quiet then the bars over the road can be a bit noisy but goes quiet after 11pm. Only issue we had was we had to buy beach towels to sunbath on and hand towels but this is a small extra cost well worth it.

Great Location

2nd visit to this villa. In a great location with shops, off licence and a good selection of bars/restaurants literally just across the road. We tried three restaurants in our 10 day stay. The close proximity of the shops/bars did mean a little noise was heard but it wasn't for long. Communication with the owner (Jo) was very good and was close at hand if we ever wanted/needed anything - which we didn't. No doubt we will stay here again.

Amazing stay

We have just left this villa after 8 days and we really didnt want to go home. On arrival it was lovely & clean, the outside area was amazing!! The Villa has everything you need, Jo and Dan were lovely and was always on the end of the phone if we needed them for things in the local area.. Definetly the most relaxing holiday we have ever had, we have been going to Lanzarote every year for 6 years now and il never go back in a hotel again, its so peaceful and relaxing being in a villa. Yes there is noise from over the road with shops/bars but i suppose its a compromise for noise you would have in a hotel, it certainly didnt ruin our stay or put us off going back. I really cant find any negative points about the place, i could only suggest maybe a pool table to keep the older kids busy when they get abit bored of table tennis & swimming, and the tennis court to have abit more light so that when it gets cooler you can still have a game. There isnt much in the area but a bus stop outside takes you straight into Playa Blanca and then a taxi back is about 6 euros. If you are thinking of booking this place go for it, you wont regret it. We are devastated theres not many weeks left to book until late next year, we will definitely be back again soon.. Thanks Jo & Dan. See you again soon. Nicole & family xx

10 relaxing days in Faro Park

We’ve just returned from staying at Villa Saraya for 10 days in June. First impressions on entering were outstanding and it just got better as we explored the villa both inside and out... It all by the bucket load: Perfect location with a short flat, easy walk to shops, bars and restauants. The local bus to Playa Blanca runs like clockwork. Outside, there's a large garden/patio area for relaxing, with loads of comforatble seating areas and a clean warm pool. Inside, you have all the comforts of home with a modern kitchen, large american style fridge, great showers, etc, etc... Communication is the best we’ve experienced in years, replies to questions usually within hours, so no worries there then! Thanks Jo and Dan for a memorable holiday, we'd love to return one day. PS, VRBO didn't send any entry details, but a short message to Jo soon sorted that out! Cheers Bob

Lovely villa in excellent location

The villa was exactly as described. Very spacious both inside and especially the outside areas. Sunshine all day on the terraces and a warm pool. Excellent location with numerous local restaurants and small supermarkets just 2 minutes walk away. Jo was an excellent friendly host. Just the two of us staying this time but With the facilities would highly recommend perfect for a family holiday.

A relaxed, easy & luxurious home away from home

Our family of 2 adults & 2 children (13 & 11) enjoyed 11 nights in this wonderful villa. The house itself was pristine and extremely comfortable. There was everything we needed and more. The pool was lovely and warm throughout our New Years stay and the children really enjoyed the pool, table tennis and tennis court. There is a supermarket, off-licence, shop and some restaurants a one minute walk from the door and so freshly baked bread every morning was a delight. It is a beautiful 3k coastal walk to the beautiful sandy Flamingo Beach. We did hire a car for our stay (via Autoreisen) although buses passed regularly just outside the villa so we'd have managed that way also. Jo was a lovely host and we look forward to returning to Playa Blanca & this villa in the future!

Wonderful Villa Stay March 22

Recently returned from a fabulous week at Villa Soraya, from enquiring to booking and staying the whole process was seamless and stress free, Jo is a wonderful manager, she was always there from the start, sent us loads of useful information re local area, places to eat etc. The Villa, well the place is wonderful, from the minute we arrived we knew we had made an excellent choice, the place was spotlessly clean, all glasses crockery etc sparkling clean as were the numerous appliances, there’s everything you need in the kitchen and more with a wonderful fridge freezer, the living area is large and spacious looking out to the wonderful terrace area, bedrooms a good size, master is especially nice, the beds extremely comfortable too. The pool/ terrace area is a good sized space with plenty of room for the 6 sunloungers, lovely seating areas also wether in the sun or the shade there’s somewhere for everyone to enjoy this lovely space, the pool was also great and pleasantly warm one you were in and we used it several times even tho the weather wasn’t perfect, tho this in no way hampered out enjoyment of this wonderful Villa. The Villa is situated in a fantastic location, with supermarket and mini market literally 1 minute walk from the front door, there also numerous restaurants, and the ones we tried were great, The Indian, Pizzburger and especially Port of Call, the best steak we had eaten in a long time, all the food was great quality and tasty, there is also a bakery, tho you need to go early as it’s very popular and place order for next day, there products are lovely, lastly the Lounge bar, we only went on our last night, but the Cocktails are great. The bus service to Playa Blanca & Rubicon Marina area is regular and Very efficient and only just over €1 per journey, taxis back from town was a bit less than €6 so between 4 was nothing. So if you have came across this Villa and are unsure about booking, don’t be the place won’t disappoint, book before someone else does, we all can’t wait to return again sometime soon.

Fantastic from start to finish

We’ve had a few Lanzarote villa holidays but this place was amazing Newly refurbished with great bathrooms and everything has been finished to the highest standard The kitchen is not only slick and modern but has everything you could ever need if your likely to rustle up a Meal or two Everything is spotlessly clean and great linen and big fluffy towels The outside space is something else. So much room and little areas to chase the sun or take some shade. We didn’t venture on to the tennis court or manage the table tennis as we had strong winds but there’s plenty to keep you busy Great pool and big enough to swim if you want to and perfectly safe and warm. Pool was cleaned mid week too which was a nice surprise The villa is right at the far end of playa Blanca so if you want to be emerged in the hustle and bustle this may not be from you. We walked most days along the coast to the main town and beyond and with sun shining it’s a nice stroll. From the villa all the way through the town and onto the marina is 4 miles but you can always get the bus, number 30 Across the road there is a row of several restaurants and shops and although we only tried a couple they’re great if you don’t want to cook or explore further afield They’re also not intrusive being that they’re just over the road from the villa. Only real noise is a couple of deliveries coming and going Overall perfectly private, luxurious on every level and you won’t want for anything

Well worth the wait!

We had to defer this holiday 3 times over an 18 month period due to C19 but we are so glad we stuck in there! Jo and Dan were fantastic and so helpful. Villa itself is perfect for our needs and the location is second to none: within 100m of about 10 restaurants, 2 supermarkets, a bakery and an off license (3 euro for a bottle of wine and it was actually nice !!). Bus stop and taxi rank on the other side of the wall and a 20 min bus ride into Playa Blanca (bus does every 30 mins). Outside space is amazing with loads of areas to hang out and inside space just as good. AC excellent and Kitchen well stocked. Welcome pack nice touch. Thanks Jo for everything, Can't wait to go back!

Fantastic Villa

We had a great week at the villa
it’s in a great location with shops and restaurants literally just over the road. There is a bus stop just over the road which we frequently used to get into playa Blanca. The villa is very spacious with everything you need. The outside area is also great with a good sized pool. Jo was very helpful when we needed our fit to fly home tests and gave some great advice, and was always at the end of the phone. We would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend to anyone who’s thinking of booking this fab villa. Thank you

Our holiday in Yaiza

We had a very enjoyable week in Yaiza at Jo and Dans villa. It’s such a beautiful place and they have decorated it very well and carefully thought about everything their guests could need and want. The pool was lovely - great size and the outside space laid out well and the inside was very comfy especially the beds and sofas. The added bonus of ping pong and short tennis was great and the location fantastic with nice restaurants and shops really close by. All in all it’s brilliant and we’ll definitely be going back.

Stunning Villa

Stunning villa, clearly recently updated, very comfortable and spacious. Genuinely faultless and made for a fantastic holiday. We will definitely stay here again, has everything you need from a Villa and we love the Faro park area with some fantastic restuarants across the road and a couple of supermarkets too. Spacious well equipped villa, ideally located facing local bars, shops and restaurants. Jo the owner provided cot and changing facilties for our 2 year old grandson and very thoughtfully e mailed us about the 3 kings parade that was taking place in the day we arrived

Happy holiday in a beautiful villa

On arrival, we found an amazing confortable villa in a neat environment. A clean villa with lots of space, both inside and out. We enjoyed our breakfast outside every day! The pool was heated at a comfortable temperature (a mid-week cleaning of the pool was apreciated!). The agency/owner was very helpfull. We congratelate Joanna with this . Gie, Joske and family

Excellent house for a family break

Jo’s house is great for a family break. 3 generously sized bedrooms, two bathrooms and more than enough living space to ensure that you’re not toppling over one another. The outdoor areas are superb too - a pool big enough for a decent swim, tennis court, table-tennis table and a few different seating areas. The house is situated across from a handful of shops and restaurants - very handy for the basics, with larger supermarkets situated less than 10 minutes away by car. The road network is fantastic, really easy to get around and there are a couple of cracking beaches (within national park areas) that are worth a visit. Communication with Jo was easy, with any questions answered. She’s happy to provide info on things to see and do on the island or alternatively she’ll leave you in perfect peace and quiet to do your own thing. I’d highly recommend Jo’s property and we will certainly consider staying again whenever we’re back on the island.

Very Nice

Overall the experience of staying at this villa was excellent. Jo was brilliant to deal with - even to the extent of letting us have a late checkout (4pm) as our flight home wasn't until 7pm - this was very much appreciated. The villa was clean, tidy and well presented. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable and the storage and wardrobe space was plentiful. There is, very welcomed, air conditioning in the bedrooms but something that isn't clear from the website description is that you have to pay for it by way of a meter in the hallway. It didn't bother us at all as we only used one bedroom but if all three were occupied I would imagine it could get quite costly in the height of the hot weather. The kitchen was a bit odd - having to back out from the little cubby-hole where the hob was located was a bit disconcerting. Plus, if you do want to cook in the villa there was a lack of some items - e.g. only one saucepan, no potato masher, no garlic press, no wooden spoons, no slotted spoon or ladle were just some we missed. Also, apart from salt and pepper there were absolutely no larder items. The welcome pack was a nice touch though as was the American fridge with water and ice on tap - saved us buying either. The shops, bars and restaurants were literally just across the main road the villa was situated on which did prove to be a bit noisy at chucking out time but didn't really spoil things. We tried the Tandoori and Pizza places for takeaways and they were very quick and very tasty. Plus the two supermarkets were well stocked and had practically everything we needed for the week. The WiFi in the villa was good but we found it didn't quite reach the master bedroom at the opposite end of the villa. The full TV package was a good addition. The outside space was huge and very pleasant, especially at night with the lights on. So, all in all, a very pleasant week spent in a very nice, well presented good sized villa in a convenient location.

A stunning property with lots of space

This is a stunning property and very well taken care of by the villa managers. They went the extra mile for us and we had a truly fabulous time. The pool is beautiful and heated to a lovely temperature. The villa has a large garden with lots of space to chill - we absolutely loved our time here. Really clean villa in a perfect location within a 2 minute walk from local shops, restauarants & ATM. Would highly recommend for couples and families.

Ein perfekter Urlaub

Vom Anfang bis zum Ende einfach Perfekt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Die Betreuung durch Jo war einfach super. Vielen Dank fĂŒr alles. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
