This stunning Villa of a contemporary design is situated in the Residencia Cactus residential area of Playa Blanca, in-between the Rubicon Marina and Los Colorados area of Playa Blanca. Approximately a 20 minute walk to the Marina.

The Villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, master ensuite.

From entering the Villa you will come into the large spacious open plan lounge/dinning room and fully fitted kitchen. Patio doors lead to the terrace and pool area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven/hob, fridge/freezer and microwave, the dishwasher is situated in the utility area. There is also a washing machine provided.

The lounge has a 55 inch flat screen TV with hundreds of channels including a full satellite TV package including sports and movies. Comfy sofas and easy chairs are provided with a coffee table and PS4 with 2 hand sets. The L-shaped sofa has recently been upgraded, is extremely comfortable and perfect for relaxing in front of the TV or reading a book.

The master bedroom has a kingsize bed with fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading to the patio area. There is a wall mounted 42 inchTV smart TV. The master bedroom has the benefit of an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and sink. A hair dryer is provided for your use.

The 2 other bedrooms have twin beds but can be made into a super kingsize bed with a mattress topper on request at booking.

All bedrooms and the lounge have coin operated air conditioning units.

Outside you will see some sea view across the ocean and to the Marina, the 7 x 3.5m pool is electrically heated and has a ladder entry. There is a high quality jacuzzi hot tub for easing sore bones and enjoying star gazing whilst sipping a drink of something cool. Pool towels are also provided.

Six sun loungers and a parasol are provided for sun bathing and there is a Canarian BBQ for the chef of the house.

High chair and cot can be provided.
