We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful lakeside hotel in Japan. Waking up to a breathtaking view of Mount Fuji and the lake was something we’ll never forget. The room was spacious, comfortable, and easily accommodated our family of four. One of our favorite parts of the stay was relaxing in the sauna and hot tub after a day of exploring and hiking to the top of Mt. Fuji . It was the perfect way to unwind while enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The self-check-in process on the iPad was quick, simple, and made everything incredibly easy. If you’re looking for a quiet, authentic Japanese getaway with incredible scenery and excellent amenities, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. The combination of the lake, the stunning Mount Fuji views, and the relaxing spa facilities made this one of the highlights of our trip. We would gladly stay here again!

The place is very small. It is unlike what the pictures showed on the advertisement. The place is not clean with ants running in the kitchen sink. The hand wash basin is so small that you can hardly brush teeth there.

寝具は清潔だったので宿泊施設として最低限のところはクリアしてますが、シャワールームの床や加湿器の内部が少しカビていたのが残念でした。あとどうしてもロフトの上に熱い空気が溜まって部屋の上下で温度差が出るので、上下の寝床で寝るのは厳しそうです。目隠しは外から閉められないので夜出かけると外から部屋の中が丸見えです。外のバルコニーに浴槽とサウナが付いてますが、シャワールーム直結じゃないのでシャワーから出たあと一度軽く身体を拭いていかないといけず面倒でした。タオルは複数泊する場合毎日替えてほしいです。
