Holiday Yamba is thrilled to present Pilotage Unit 1, a stylish and luxurious holiday apartment perfectly situated on Level 1 of the boutique Pilotage complex, complete with lift access. This unit is ideal for a romantic getaway, two couples sharing a holiday, a couple with two children, or two friends seeking a memorable coastal escape.

Perched on Lighthouse Hill, Pilotage Unit 1 offers spectacular views across the Clarence River, hinterland, and ocean. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area feature quality furnishings and original artworks, creating a space that is both stylish and comfortable. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with Miele appliances and everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. Sliding doors open onto a large wrap-around covered balcony, complete with a BBQ, outdoor dining for six, and wicker lounges perfect for relaxing with a drink as you watch the sun set over Yamba’s hinterland and river.

If you prefer to leave the cooking to someone else, the unit is just steps from a cosmopolitan selection of restaurants, cafes, bars, and the iconic Pacific Hotel. Patrolled Main Beach is only a two-minute stroll away, while the family-friendly Whiting Beach and Turners Beach are also within easy walking distance.

Wonderful relaxing stay

The apartment was wonderful. Clean, airy and modern. Kitchen was fully equipped and the bed and pillows really comfy. All appliances were modern and in excellent working order - very pleased. The view was amazing and sitting on the balcony either during the day or night was great. The location is great as it is in easy walking distance of restaurants, hotel and beaches, plus the beach pool which was great fun. The staff at Ray Whites were great to deal with and made the booking easy to finalize. Definitely recommend the Pilotage 1 for a great get away.
