親切な対応
急な変更をお願いしても快諾して頂きとっても助かりました。ありがとうございました。 お部屋も広く綺麗にお掃除されていて気持ちよかったです。 お風呂は少々くたびれた感じでしたが、セパレートです❣️、湯船と洗い場があったので子供たちもとても使いやすかったようです。 また、忘れ物をしてしまったのですがその対応もとても感じの良いものでした。 ありがとうございました

安い価格で泊まれてラッキーでしたが、それなり。浴室のカビ、「こちらの都合で予定の部屋にすぐチェックインできないのでランクアップの部屋を」と通された部屋があの感じなら、本当はどんな部屋に泊まることになってたのか…。それともウソつかれたのか⁉︎ この2点が不信で評価は低めです。
