The open expanse of Long Sands Beach awaits just down the driveway from this darling cottage in York, where you'll have every essential for a classic summer in Maine. You'll swim, you'll sunbathe, and you'll be welcomed home each afternoon by a sunroom, a small deck, and a private gas grill.

Follow the narrow driveway from Long Beach Avenue to reach this single-level home, which you'll enter by way of the cozy front deck. Step inside to unwind in the window-lined sunroom. There's a washer/dryer in the first bedroom to take care of your swimsuits and towels and a Netflix-equipped TV in the living room for your evening entertainment. Find full-size appliances in the nicely equipped kitchen, a gas grill just outside, and a dining table for four in the sunroom. When it's time to turn in for the evening, there's even window-unit air conditioning in each of the two bedrooms.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
