Scammed out of my $50

The stay was fine other than the pool being ice cold and the room of the pool felt like AC was on. But my main complaint is they just took 50 out of my account and there was no damages done to our room. In fact we cleaned up most of the mess before leaving. Scamming people for their money is crazy

Floors were dirty. Had 3 different light bulbs that were out in my room, which meant it was extremely dark. The deadbolt on my door didn't work and the extra lock on top of the door was extremely loose. There was a homeless person sleeping in their car in the parking lot. IHG hotels tend to all be pretty poor experiences.

the majority of the amenities at the property were not working and the hotel was dirty. The staff was nice and helpful but the manger was abrasive and unable to assist with any issues.....she was mean and drastically lacked in her social and cognitive abilities

We arrived on a Monday afternoon—we immediately had to leave after check in. But when we returned to the room we noticed that there was hair in the tub, dirty towels in the bathroom, the room was not vacuumed, and there were spills on the tile portion of the floor. We spoke to the front desk and we were moved to another room where there was more hair and in the tub and the fridge was not working. Then moved to A third room with hair in the tub and on the toilet. Finally to a fourth room where we completed our stay for the week , but they had to fix our door lock. The following morning the manager did comp our first night due to the dirty rooms. The hotel itself is outdated and the carpets look “naturally” dirty. Overall the staff was helpful and kind. But I would not stay here again.
