The home features a fully equipped kitchen, cosy living area, and modern amenities throughout. Enjoy a peaceful stay with easy access to Yorkâs top attractions. Free Wi-Fi, and thoughtful touches make this property a standout choice for your next visit.

Stylishly decorated and furnished to a high standard, this exceptional home offers both comfort and charm in equal measure. The ground floor boasts a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and living areaâideal for socialising and relaxingâas well as a separate, dedicated second living room for added comfort and flexibility. There is also a small utility room here with a washing machine and drying rack available for guests.
The newly fitted kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, microwave, hob, and fridge/freezer, providing everything you need for a home-cooked meal. Also on the ground floor is the first of three modern bathrooms, along with access to a private rear yardâcomplete with outdoor seating for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink.
The open-plan living space is furnished with a luxurious sofa, armchair, dining table, and a breakfast barâperfect for casual dining or entertaining.
Up on the first floor, you'll find two beautifully presented double bedrooms, each featuring original wooden flooring, built-in wardrobes, and plush, inviting beds. This floor also includes a stylish bathroom with a full-size bath.
The second floor is home to the master suiteâa spacious bedroom with a king-size bed, generous storage, and its own private bathroom, complete with a bath for unwinding at the end of the day.

Fresh white bedding and towels are provided (hand towel and bath towel per person), as well as miniature travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap.
This property is professionally cleaned and the linen/ towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. The property is set up to offer remote access with easy self check in and we also offer 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance during your stay.
Guests will have access to the entire house.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A ÂŁ30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleanerâs schedule.
Please note that you will be charged ÂŁ100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
