The Ventana Cove Pickleball Retreat by The Ventana Collection has been completely transformed and is back on the market March 2025.

The Heated Saltwater Pool with custom waterfall into the sunken fire pit is a feature you won't find anywhere else. Relax on the pool loungers, bean bag chairs or included inflatable toys. The pooI can be heated all year round. Please contact for pool heating fees (varies by temp and season).

The Pickleball Court and pro style Basketball Hoop offer a mountain view backdrop and fully fenced in play area so you can spend more time dinking and dunking than fetching.

The living space features an open plan design with a plush low line sofa and a bright wingback chair that sit opposite the wall mounted 55" 4K TV with access to Netflix, Apple TV+ and Amazon Prime Video to keep everyone entertained. For additional guests, the couch has a full size sofa bed with 4" memory foam mattress.

Slide open the bifold window to create an indoor-outdoor bar where you can serve up breakfast smoothies using the ninja blender or brew up a pot of coffee with your choice of a coffee maker or the French press using local aromatic Joshua Tree Coffee Company and tea.

Create your next culinary masterpiece within the high-end gourmet kitchen that comes fully equipped with everything you could need and offers stunning views of the mountains while you cook. There is an oversize French door fridge with a filtered water and ice dispenser, a free-standing oven and stovetop, a microwave and a dishwasher to handle all the cleaning up.

Dine inside at the modern dining table set for four, sit at the bar or eat alfresco style out on the patio with a rustic dining table under the retractable canopy to keep you out of the sun.

There are three spacious bedrooms within the cove that are all separate from each other and feature huge “La Cantina” door walls that open out into the patio creating a seamless flow from one room to the other. Each of the bedrooms have their own private ensuite bathroom with luxurious rain fall showers and vanities stocked with all the essentials.

The two master suites are filled with large memory foam king beds topped with hotel quality linen and bedding while the 3rd bedroom doubles as a studio where guests can roll out the ping pong table or open up the massive glass garage door to create the perfect space for a workout or to practice yoga. Or relive your youth on the Simpsons and Street Fighter arcade games. Then at night, drop down the comfortable memory foam queen size murphy bed for a restful night’s sleep.

There are two desks. One is a fully enclosed office space for when you need complete isolation, the other is in the second bedroom. Very private and separated from the main living area.

Wander over to the elevated stargazing deck and take an outdoor shower under the stars. Lounge in the stargazing net, then take a nap or read a book on of the relaxing hammocks under the shade of the Joshua trees.

When night falls, light up the fire pit at the push of a button and enjoy the company of friends before retiring to the 6-person hot tub where you can Airplay your favorite songs through the multi-zone Sonos audio system. Watch a movie or put on the game with a huge new 75" TV above the hot tub or just lay back with a drink in hand and gaze up at the crystal clear night sky glittered with millions of stars.

Electric Vehicle? There's a L2 40A charger in the carport for your convenience.

We're pet friendly! The property is fenced in with special attention taken to remove all the *spikey things* that can get into paws.
