The Space:

► POOL HEATING

➔ If you’d like the pool heated to 84°F, please let us know at least 24 hours before arrival. A daily fee applies due to high fuel costs. If heating for multiple days, days must be consecutive. Pool heating is usually not needed from May through September.

➔ Pool heating fee: $350 for the first day, $250 for second day and $200 for each day after that.



► HOT TUB RULES:

➔ To protect your own health and safety and the integrity of tub and linens, all guests must shower before and after using hot tub.

➔ Please leave spa covers on and secured after use.

➔ Spa cover is for insulation only and is not designed to support weight.

➔ Please do not stand or sit on spa cover.



► Things To Keep In Mind:

➔ Sound travels far in the open desert landscape so be mindful of your noise levels

➔ There can be periods of higher winds during your stay



► PET-FRIENDLY HOME

➔ This unit is pet friendly and we do charge $100 per pet, max of 2 pets. Please let your host know if you are travelling with pets as Airbnb currently includes charges for only one pet per booking. Non approved pets will be subject to a $500 fine. Non disclosure can result in cancellation of your booking with no refund.



► NO SMOKING INSIDE

➔ Please refrain from smoking inside the home or garage! Any smoking evidence will result in a $1000 fee for Odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.



► NO PARTIES/EVENTS

➔ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.



► SECURITY DEVICES

➔ Please note the Ring video doorbell camera on the front door. There is also a noise aware device to monitor the noise. There are no video cameras or recording devices inside the home.



► UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS

➔ To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, any additional, undisclosed guests not included in the reservation will incur a $500 fine. All guests must be disclosed and approved prior to booking.



► OUTDOOR SPACE:



Welcome to Mojave Moon! Nestled on a sprawling 1.5-acre lot. Home offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the in-ground pool, unwind in the hot tub, Play some Pickleball or fire up the BBQ grill for an outdoor feast at the dining table. Bask in the sun on the lounge chairs or gather around the cozy fireplace in the living room. For some indoor fun, challenge your group to a game of billiards. Your perfect getaway awaits!



► PARKING:

The large driveway can comfortably accommodate up to 5 vehicles. Please open the gate and park inside the fenced area, as the road area belongs to the neighbor.



► INTERNET:

The house has good internet access through the satellite on the house. Cell reception may be spotty depending on your carrier. You can access your Hulu & Netflix accounts with the Smart TV.



► KITCHEN:

Fully equipped with Cafe appliances: refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils



► IMPORTANT NOTE for Hot tub and Pool

To turn on and turn off the hot tub, please communicate through Airbnb message. Please note that we need to have the hot tub requested within 2 hours of use in order to conserve propane. We want to ensure that the hot tub is available for all guests to use, and conserving propane is an important part of that.



► To protect your own health, safety, and the integrity of tub and linens, and to ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of our facilities all guests must shower before and after using hot tub.



► We kindly request all guests to rinse their feet, bodily oils, and lotions before entering the hot tub and pool area. Failure to do so may result in the accumulation of dirt, debris, and contaminants in the water, which can compromise the overall experience for all users.



✔ No pets of any kind or size in hot tub and pool.

✔ Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub and pool.

✔ Please do not stand or sit on hot tub or pool cover.

✔ Children must be supervised at all times.

✔ Pool and Spa is serviced once a week.



► Please be advised that if the condition of the hot tub and pool is left in poor conditions due to guests not rinsing their body and feet, an additional fee may be charged for excessive dirtiness. This fee will cover the cost of the necessary cleaning and maintenance required to restore the hot tub and pool to its optimal condition.



We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and enjoyable environment for all guests. By adhering to this requirement, we can ensure that everyone can fully enjoy the benefits of our hot tub facilities.



► SECURITY:

One Ring Flood Light security camera is located at the front of the house for your security. NO cameras are located inside the property or in the backyard.

Guest Access:

We will provide you with a custom code that will give you access to the whole property during your stay.

Other things to note

► POOL HEATING

➔ Pool can be heated for extra charge. $350 for the first day, $250 for second day and $200 for each day after that. We need 48hrs-24hrs advance notice if you plan to use the pool heating option.

➔ Please note that during the winter months, the pool heating is limited and may not exceed 70°F.

Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.

Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration.

No drinking in the hot tub, please.

Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we're in the desert and debris can easily get into the water.

Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance.

► Wildlife: this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat.



► RULES:

Noise ordinance:

Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine.



► Restricted Areas:

Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item.



► Hot Tub/Pool:

Please rinse off before and after getting out of the hot tub. Please keep the lid on to avoid getting dirt in the hot tub as well as retain heat. Absolutely no glass by any water. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.



► Photoshoots & Video:

No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee.



► Early Check In and Late Check Out

◦ Any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee



► Items Left Behind

◦ Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address
