Great place and an easy stay

This is the second time my family and I have stayed here and we love it. We use this property as a get together spot for my mom, my brother and his family, and my family. We all stay very comfortably and really enjoy the house. The neighborhood is nice and it's quiet too. We love it!

Girls Weekend in the Sunshine

We filled all 4 bedrooms and all the beds were comfortable and clean. It was a great neighborhood location and safe to walk at night. The pool was clean and spent time on the nice patio.

Great house and area

We travel to Arizona for a family event and stayed at Luxury Living 6. Our stay was great. We really enjoyed the open concept of the kitchen and living room. The beds were comfortable and the property is just as described. The pool was the cherry on top. Very enjoyable. We made use of the inflatables available too. Will def. consider staying again.

Lovely house in a quiet neiborhood

We stayed at this property with our family of 4. We loved the everything about the house, but the swimming pool and outdoor area was fantastic. The fenced in pool made hanging outside with our two-year-old enjoyable and safe! Brook has a wonderful property.

The property was very nice. Comfortable for our group to stay while visiting our parents. Pool was nice, a little chilly, but we’re from MN so we went swimming anyway. Kids loved it. All the essentials were already there, which was great. Hosts were very responsive. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Property

Sometimes you can’t tell from the pictures if it’s accurate or not but this was spot on. House was perfect for our family. The pool was great and the location was awesome. Excess amount of towels and pool towels and had all the cooking essentials including toaster, coffee maker, extra trash bags and all the kitchen needs. The property managers were great and communication was spot on. Highly recommend.

Outside dirty

When we arrived at the location the house was filthy outside. The pool had a film of dirt. When I told the owner they replied they would have someone come clean it but no one ever came. I also mentioned my husband had to spray everything down outside because of the layers of dirt and I was pretty much told “sorry that’s how it is during monsoon weather in July and August.” My husband sprayed the house the night we got there and it stayed clean for the remainder of the time we were there(we stayed three nights) so there is no way anyone ever came even days before to clean. It was pretty upsetting my kids didn’t want to swim. The chairs that were outside were disgusting and had my husband not sprayed them we wouldn’t have been able to sit on them. On top of that two chairs broke the minute we sat on them. They were plastic and brittle from the sun. The inside of the house was clean but you could feel the dirt on the floor. We wouldn’t have been able to sit outside had my husband not cleaned it and the vague “sorry not sorry” answer was upsetting. Will not be staying again. I feel like it should be let known that during these times of the year there is going to be films of dirt everywhere. I think it was more carelessness then anything.

Family visit to Yuma.

The home was very clean and comfortable. It was extremely convenient with local restaurants and services available. The home was nicely furnished with perfec bed types for our family members, and the pool was amazing at the end of the days of warm weather. Brooke was excellent at communicating all details for our stay and we would definitely recommend this home to anyone coming to the Yuma Area.
