Yuma is one of the best-kept secrets. There are many year-round activities to enjoy. During the winter months, we have beautiful cool sunny days. This townhouse is centrally located in Yuma. Only 20 minutes away from Los Algodones, Mexico. It’s always fun to visit. They have great tacos, shopping, and very inexpensive prescription drugs. It is also known as Molar City. It has the most dentists per capita than any town or city in the world. The nearby Colorado River is a great way to relax whether boating, floating down, or canoeing. The Imperial Sand Dunes is about a 20-minute drive. There are three local casinos to visit. If it is sight-seeing you like, Yuma is rich in history. Visit the Yuma Territorial Prison and the Yuma Quartermaster Depot State Historic Parks. The downtown area also is a great place to shop or visit the museum. It provides a great nightlife with restaurants and bars to visit.

Perfect location
The property was perfect for our visit to my Marine son stationed at MCAS Yuma. It was close to the base and everything in town. Very clean and comfy. It was nice for my son to get off base and relax. It was Nice to be able to grill dinner for him and a couple of his friends. The putting greens are a nice touch for some family fun.

Perfect rental property
The property was perfectly located for us and had everything we needed for our stay in Yuma. A lovely property, quiet neighborhood, with a relaxing shaded patio. Located near the airpot we were afraid the planes would keep us up at night. As it turned out, it was day two before we even remembered to listen, so they certainly didn't bother us at all. The putting greens in the yard were a fun perk as well. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

Yuma townhouse
Very clean townhouse. This is our second year staying here. Everything is as advertised, and very nicely furnished. One thing to consider is its proximity to the Yuma Marine Corps air station, It can be a bit noisy at times. As a retired pilot, it was no problem for me, but some be bothered. Only during daylight, however. We will return again next year.

Cure, clean and comfortable
The property was exactly as pictured and described. I recommend Karen as a host anytime and would return. She was more than easy to work with. She checked in on us to make sure we got in and sent the instructions separately to make it easier for us to access the property. The property is easy to find with good access to all of Yuma. It is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood yet close to I-10. I give this property and host the highest score and feedback. Thank you for being flexible as well.

Yuma visit
This was our second visit to Yuma and to Karen's home. Her willingness to help did not disappoint. There was plenty of room when family visited and once again, we relaxed and enjoyed meals and playing games on the patio. Stores are conveniently located for quick shopping, but many amenities were all ready provided. When we hear about some other VRBOs we realize how lucky we are to stay here. Thank you, Karen!
