Loggos Summer House - Upper Floor Apartment

Loggos is a two-storey house situated in Vasilikos, in a 10.000m2 private land, amongst trees and flowers. It is made up of two individual apartments. It can offer a comfortable stay to visitors who seek relaxed and quiet accommodation in one of the island’s most privileged locations.
The property features a playground and a swimming pool (shared by the guests of both Loggos Lower and Upper floor apartments) which make it ideal for families with kids, couples, and groups of friends.
Our guests can enjoy, as well, the nearby rocky coast which they can access though a private path. The picturesque location is ideal for snorkeling, a quick swim or simply spending some time relaxing to the sound of sea breeze.
Loggos is situated at the Porto Roma area of Vasilikos village. Many of the island's most well-known beaches are easily accessible within a few minutes drive (Gerakas, St Nicolas, Dafni, Banana), while Porto Roma beach is 5 minutes walk away.

The village of Vasilikos offers all a tourist may need, from a wine bar to a pharmacy and from mini markets to tavernas, beach bars and rental car agencies.

Loggos is self-catering accommodation.

Thanks we had a lovely stay
The property was lovely, tastefully furnished and although not huge it was more spacious than expected from the photos and accommodated 4 with ease and had enough amenities to satisfy us for our stay. It is fairly remote although there are plenty of tavernas within relatively close proximity and some great beaches within a few minutes drive, I would definitely recommend a hire car as we had to make everything easily accessible. Tania our host was very friendly and welcoming and offered as much information as we wanted. And the pool was lovely, very clean and warm which was excellent and the kids loved it. We had a great stay in the property and would have no hesitation recommending it to others. Thank you so much for your hospitality, we hope to see you again.

Great spot for quiet family time. 12 nights really felt like 3 weeks.
This was the perfect base for our family of four (2 adults, 2 teens) with a large balcony where we could lounge in the shade away from the midday sun before taking either a short walk down to the relaxed, pretty beach at Porta Roma or a drive to one of the many spots nearby and further afield. Loggos house is set amid olive groves and there's a lovely outlook from the upper floor including a view of the sea at Porta Roma from the kitchen window. The flat is clean with good sized bedrooms which both have shutters and efficient aircon for sound sleeping on those hot August nights. It has a small combined living and kitchen area which had the essentials we needed to prepare light meals and the 'essential' wifi for the teens. Tania came every three days to change the bed linen and towels and was a friendly, helpful host who gave us lots of tips and info about the neighbourhood and the island. The local area has several great tavernas, including two at either end of the beach, and a local shop all within walking distance. There's also a choice of family beaches and water sport/resort style beaches a short drive away with the airport and Zakynthos town within easy reach by car. All in all a great spot.

It was a little paradise for us
We enjoyed our stay at Julien and Tania's house so much. We were lucky to be the only guests. That means we had the big, beautiful garden and pool to ourselves. That was of course super! Very important: You should definitely rent / have a car. The place is very quiet and to have a little action and city, you have to go over the mountains. On for shopping a car is useful. Otherwise, you can relax so wonderfully there. The apartment is cozy and ideal for 2 people or a small family. There is everything you need and we also enjoyed sitting on the terrace in the evening. Julien and Tania are not only lovely and caring hosts (Julien checks in from time to time, takes care of the flowers and asks if you need anything), they also give good tips about food and tours. We would come back anytime. Efcharisto poli.

Eine sehr schöne Lage, ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Objekt auf der schönen, ursprünglichen Insel. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar. Wir waren rundherum zufrieden.

Sehr schöne, familienfreundliche Unterkunft
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im August 2019 sehr genossen. Wurden als Familie mit 3 Kindern in verschiedenen Altersklassen sehr herzlich begrüßt und umsorgt. Sehr familiäre Atmosphäre. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, es gab kleine Willkommenspräsente auch für die Kinder als Geste der Aufmerksamkeit. Ausrüstung für den Strand und Spielsachen konnte man sich kostenfrei leihen. Insgesamt ein sehr guter Eindruck und empfehlenswert.
