Flevostrandmeer beach is 3.8 km, water sports 4 km, and a nearby golf course offers leisure opportunities. Amsterdam and Alkmaar can be visited on day trips. The villa is in a fireworks-free zone; no loud music is allowed, and the park is quiet after 22:00. Energy-efficient with label A++++, it is for recreational use only. Student groups, bachelor parties, and company bookings are prohibited.
