Welcome to our Lake Tahoe Mountain Retreat. This charming townhome is recently remodeled! Stainless steel appliances, ceramic glass stove top, tile counter tops, painted cabinets, wood flooring and lighting make this kitchen a delight to use. In addition, we have 3 bedrooms 3 1/2 bathrooms, and have upgrades throughout the home to make this a retreat that our family and guests will enjoy and want to return to for future vacations. Surrounded by beautiful pines, this beautifully appointed 1700 plus square foot townhome features three bedrooms, three full baths, ½ bath, shared hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, communal pool, laundry, 1 large roof top deck/balcony, 1 small deck just off of the kitchen/living area, river rock gas fireplace, free high-speed internet (DSL/wireless), 32-inch flat screen TVs in all of our bedrooms and a 50-inch flat screen TV and much more...

This highly desirable location is a short 3-minute drive to town. Located in the heart of town you will find restaurants, shopping, entertainment, casinos & gondola at Heavenly. A ride up 2.4 miles in the Heavenly Ski Resort Gondola will leave you breathless as you take in the panoramic views of Lake Tahoe. On your way up, stop at the Observation Deck for a latte at Cafe Blue or to pick up unique Heavenly souvenirs.

Want to go as high as you can? Purchase a Summit Ticket at Adventure Peak to ride up Tamarack Express chair lift for the best view of Lake Tahoe in the summer.
The large roof top deck/balcony overlooks the peaceful, natural setting of Lake Tahoe with a filtered lake view. Just feet away is a king bed, high beamed ceilings, and a 32 inch flat screen TV. Also to add ambiance to this wonderful master kind bedroom is an electric fire place with colored flames which also makes this a true romantic getaway as well.

On the main level you will find the large dining area with full seating, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances which is perfect for entertaining with our open island breakfast bar, and the large living room with a river rock gas fireplace, 50inch flat screen TV, and DVD player. We also have included many board games for your game night.

The lower level contains 2 bedrooms the first with a twin and full over full bunk bed with full shower/tub combo bath with flat screen TV. The second master bedroom has king bed with shower/tub combo and flat screen TV. Also located on this level is full laundry facility with washer and dryer and hanging space.

This townhome also has designated private parking and additional parking space for a second vehicle. The walkway to the private shared hot year-round, sauna, gas fire pit, ping pong table, picnic tables, tennis courts is just feet away. Cable TV and high-speed internet access (DSL and wireless) are included for your convenience and pleasure. Our Summer rates are below our nearest competitors. No large gatherings shall exceed our max occupancy of 8 at anytime. If you booked our home for 4 total guests than that is total max number of guests permitted to be on premises at any given time. Please ensure your booked total is accurate as additional fees will apply.

This house was a great location to South Lake Tahoe yet very quiet at night. We enjoyed the pool and tennis courts. Our teenage boys had plenty to do and we dipped into the games and DVD collection which was fun post dinner. The house was fully stocked which is rare these days! Thank you for a great stay!

Awesome Stay

We just finished up week at Tahoe Clubhouse. Plenty of space for our group of 6. 4 kids 2 adults. The pool was great and super close to the condo. Having the full kitchen w full amenities was so nice. The views are spectacular from the top deck. It was a 3 minute drive to stateline and south lake tahoe. Owners were super easy to get a hold of and check in process was slick. We will be back!!!

Everything you would want and more!

This is by far one of our most memorable stays in Lake Tahoe! The home was perfect for our family with all of the amenities you would hope to have, and then some! From the pool to the hot tub to the barbecues to the ping-pong and pool table to the pickle ball and tennis courts our stay was filled with beautiful sunsets and stunning weather. Our family runs hot normally and the air conditioning made our stay cool and comfortable so thanks for adding that! Our communication with the property manager was outstanding in every regard from the helpful hints on where to go to the beach to the best restaurants to the hiking in the area all the recommendations were greatly appreciated. The ample seating for dining and watching TV and playing games and something that our family took it vantage of daily. Instructions on how to care for the home were sufficient and helpful and the country club attendance especially the gentleman were friendly and helpful too! We hiked waterfalls, swam in the lake at the beach, saw two movies down the road, and dined at great Italian, Sushi, and pizza restaurants. We look forward to staying there again and wouldn’t look any further! 5 Stars!

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Great location, close enough to the restaurants and casinos but not so close you were dealing with noise or traffic. Community pool area was a great bonus.

Winter get away

Very convenient to south shore ski runs. Parking for 2 cars in a three bedroom townhouse. There was everything we needed for a 4 day vacation in the snow with 2 young kids in tow.

Zephyr Cove Townhome

Beautiful townhouse in a perfect location. Away from the maddening crowds of the Casinos and Heavenly Village. Only a quick 6 minute drive to the best restaurants and beaches. Gina was great in supporting our needs and answering our questions. We utilized the tennis and Pickleball courts and swimming pool. Kitchen was well stocked and the upper deck was wonderful with its views. Highly recommended!

Keep Tahoe Blue

Couldn't have been happier with the experience and stay with this location. The condo was clean and well thought out as far as amenities. The roof top deck was a pleasure to hang out at. The rec room with a billiards table and ping pong. The pool and spa area and really nice and the tennis courts are an added bonus. The location is great for what ever side of the lake you are wanting. Check in is a breeze. Gina has everything dialed in perfectly. Many thanks to Gina, Dave and Grace.

We loved the interior which was very modern. The beds were super comfortable and the whole house was warm and had that cozy feel. The location was perfect as it’s so close to Heavenly and the Casinos as it takes a 5-10 drive to get there. Gina who was in charge of the property was so instructive and helpful throughout our time there and she gave great advice. It was the perfect getaway after a Crazy Christmas so thank you to Gina for making our experience a memorable one that won’t be forgotten. I would definitely go back to the same property and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the vicinity. Thank you again.

This 3 bedroom modern updated condo is very well maintained and cared for. It has all the amenities you will need with a large kitchen stocked with all the utensils, cookware and dinnerware that you would need. There was 12 cup coffee pot, filters and loads of other kitchen necessities. All bedrooms were very comfortable and each had private bath.Dining area/living room is large with a half bathroom. We used the grill and it worked greatl. The condo was quiet. Parking is directly in front and easy access. We would definitely book this again. The communication with the Host Gina was easy and thorough. Thank you for making this a great experience.

Amazing! Beautiful views, great location and Clean!!

This is our 2nd time to this location and it was perfect for our vacation. We actually were within minutes of just about everything. We did a bit of sightseeing while we were here. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a great meal and we love open area of the dining to the living room. We all had plenty of space to cook, eat and enjoy family time. The views were amazing and everything worked great. No issues with anything in the unit. Heat worked great and the added bonus was the fireplace. Enjoyed that after a long day exploring Tahoe. This home is very well cared for and clean. Our Host Gina was so friendly and helped us settle in answering all of our questions and giving us tips for the best places to dine. We would absolutely recommend this home for vacation. We hope to come back in the summer!! Thank You Gina & Kate

Great stay for a quick business trip

Quick trip to Tahoe and enjoyed every minute of it.. Our host was very gracious and welcoming upon arrival. Its not often you get to see your Host or interact however Gina is local and very close. This neighborhood has a family feel due to its location and off the beaten path of public streets. We love this area and the location. We did a little sight seeing while we were here and drove out to Emerald bay to take some pictures and soak in the views. The large deck faces Lake Tahoe and it was a perfect setting to have a glass of wine and enjoy. We would highly recommend this property to anyone for any occasion. Well kept, clean home. Would definitely return in the future. Thank You for your hospitality........
