服務不好!!

酒店地點好，但服務只有三星水平！酒店大門自動門壞的，我抱著小孩都沒有人開門，酒店像沒有員工似的，晚上叫送餐服務，叫牛腩麵，接電話的反過來問我餐牌幾号，餐牌沒注明辣的，已經說小孩食，不要辣的，上來都是辣的，換過，前後要一小時，送餐又不用餐車，床頭又沒有苹果手機音響。萬豪服務好好多！
