Perfect Vacation

Florence and Roger were so helpful and made it so easy to make our trip to Zihuatanejo a memorable vacation. The Condo is well stocked and it was exactly what we were expecting. They also put us in touch with a very wonderful couple, Fredy took care of all our maintenance and social needs and Elena did a wonderful job cleaning for us once a week. We will certainly hope to come back. LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!

Great living space and wonderful view!

There were 5 of us and we really enjoyed our week stay at the condo. The views are to die for, the outdoor living space is large and where we spent most of our time. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals at home. It is up the hill about 5 minutes from La Ropa beach so easy access to a great place to hang out! But the climb can be strenuous so you should know this ahead of time: 77 steps and short hills. Having a laundry was also handy. Florence communicated many good tips for eating and playing in the area. We appreciate that. We had some problems with the air conditioning in 2 of the rooms, 1 got fixed right away, the second did not get fixed before we left. The swimming pool does not get much sun so is a bit chilly, but the nearby swimming in the ocean is wonderful. Each bedroom also having it’s won bath was a plus for our two couples and a single. Secure property and friendly staff there. Thank you for sharing your part of Zihua with us!

Wonderful view and great pool

We were very happy with our stay at this condo. It is very nicely decorated with a fabulous deck that has wonderful views of the bay. There is a well-equipped kitchen, an electric bbq and three very comfortable bedrooms. The staff who work at the condo complex were very helpful and always available to call cabs, etc. Communication with the owners before our trip was also very good. The pool is a good size and we were often the only ones there. The only downside to this condo for us was the location – the access road from the main road was steep and rough for walking and taxi rides. It was at least a 15-20 minute walk to the beach or coffee shop which seemed longer in the heat. If we wanted to go any further than that we’d have to call a cab to take us as there were few passing by on the street once we were down the hill. There are stairs available down to the beach for a faster trip to the beach but I wasn’t comfortable using them as they are steep and there is no railing. If you are in good shape you should be fine with the stairs although I’m not sure if you’d want to try them at night. There were always cabs available to get back from the beach or town though so the only issue was feeling a little isolated.

Holiday Trip

The property was great, very clean and accommodating. Florence was very responsive throughout our travels (canceled flight on Christmas Eve) and made sure we would be taken care of once we arrived! Fredy was beyond helpful as well. I would highly recommend the house and location!
