The apartment features a total of two rooms, including a cozy bedroom and a living room with an open, fully equipped kitchen.
The entire apartment is tiled throughout and is particularly comfortable thanks to its allergy-friendly features and the walk-in shower in the bathroom.

The technical amenities include two digital TVs, a radio, a hi-fi system, and free Wi-Fi internet access.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic-glass stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and other useful appliances such as a blender and egg cooker.
On the west-facing terrace, furnished with garden furniture and a parasol, you can enjoy the view of the garden and relax.

For added comfort during your stay, there is a shared laundry room with a washer and dryer in the main building, as well as an iron and a clothes rack.

The apartment is also equipped with fly screens and privacy screens on all windows. A private parking space is available on-site free of charge.
