Modern vacation apartment on the beach with balcony and high-quality furnishings -

This well-maintained vacation rental is located on the first floor of the Residenz am Strand and is therefore easily accessible to everyone.

The gorgeous Baltic Sea beach is right on your doorstep, so you can take a quick break from sunbathing or strolling in the blink of an eye.
The pier and Zingst’s promenade are also just a few minutes’ walk from the house.

The apartment features a separate bedroom and a cozy living-dining room with an open, well-equipped kitchen, a reading nook, and a comfortable sleeper sofa.

The west-facing balcony is also a pleasant place to relax.

The immediate proximity to a bike rental shop and the parking space in the building’s underground garage make it easy to explore the area’s incomparable natural beauty. Spend an unforgettable time at Dünentraum.

There is a communal bike storage area in the underground parking garage.

For your comfort, the complex offers a sauna and whirlpool (by appointment) as well as a laundromat—all available for a fee.

Welcome to the Residenz am Strand

This exclusive vacation apartment complex is located directly behind the Baltic Sea dike and the fine sandy beach, just a few metres from the pier and the “shopping promenade.”

With our wide range of options, we can fulfill every need—whether you’re travelling alone or on a family vacation, there’s something for everyone. Do you want to explore the area, head straight to the beach, or would you prefer an apartment with a view of the sea? Here you’ll find the ideal conditions for a relaxing vacation.

We’ll take care of your bicycles just as we do your car, and for your comfort, the complex offers a sauna, hot tub, and laundry facility (for a fee). Internet access is, of course, free, and thanks to one of the last true local bakeries, a bread roll delivery service is also available.
