In the hamlet Švogari 3 km from the centre of Kanfanar, 4 km from the centre of Žminj, in a quiet, sunny position, 20 km from the sea, 20 km from the beach, in the countryside. Private: property 1'600 m2 (fenced), trees, natural garden, meadow, swimming pool round (4 m diameter, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Sep.). Outdoor shower, table tennis, garden furniture, barbecue (swing). In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises.
