Just a short walk from the sandy shores of Pinarello Bay, this apartment offers a relaxed stay within a well-maintained residential complex surrounded by Mediterranean greenery. Designed for up to four guests, it combines the comfort of a private space with access to shared facilities, making it ideal for a laid-back coastal escape.

Inside, the apartment features one bedroom with a double bed, along with a double sofa bed in the living area that includes a seating space and dining setup. The layout is designed for practical stays, with a kitchenette equipped with essentials such as a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and cookware for easy self-catering. Air conditioning and free Wi-Fi are available, ensuring comfort throughout your stay. The bathroom includes a shower and standard fittings, while the living space may also include a sofa bed to accommodate additional flexibility.

The residence offers shared outdoor amenities designed for relaxation and leisure. Guests have access to a swimming pool, along with landscaped garden areas and outdoor seating spaces. Additional facilities such as barbecue areas and recreational spaces enhance the overall experience, creating a setting suited for both families and couples.

It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house The photos show examples of houses and apartments. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Only small dogs allowed (up to shoulder height 35 cm), on request. Some service facilities at the holiday complex are only open seasonally. Coffee makers and microwave ovens can be borrowed free of charge from reception (subject to availability). WIFI only in the pool area.
