Wonderful place to stay! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Great location with restaurants, shopping and the lake nearby. I highly recommend and will stay there again.

They could make more of an effort to have rooms ready early for guests requesting early check in. When someone has made an overnight flight and requested early arrival and check in, housekeeping should be instructed to get those rooms ready as a priority.

A most beautiful town on an amazing day. Hotel was traditional Swiss with high cleanliness. Had a good meal in their bar area.

Most amazing personnel. Most friendly and helpful. Everything works. Buy God, that clock kills you during the night and single rooms are about 2 sq m in size
