Just a short drive from Dubrovnik, Villa Izak is a sleek and stylish retreat offering comfort and incredible views. The standout feature is a heated infinity pool with a built-in massage function, set on a spacious terrace overlooking the sea and terracotta rooftops.

Inside, the villa boasts modern design throughout, with plush furnishings, smart-home technology and a high-spec silver kitchen with a large island and direct access to the terrace. For entertainment, there's a games room with a pool table and table tennis, as well as a private fitness area for active guests.

Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms, one with a kin-size bed and en-suite bathroom  with terrace. Two have double beds ad a terrace. The final bedroom offers a single sofa bed and shared bathroom.

The outdoor space is equally impressive, with a glass-fronted terrace that maximises the sea views. There's an outdoor kitchen, BBQ area, bar seating and plenty of loungers for sunbathing or relaxing in the shade.

Villa Izak is perfectly positioned to explore both nature and culture. The beach is under 500 metres away, while the historic town of Dubrovnik lies just to the north. For something different, the Bosnia and Herzegovina border is only a kilometre away, offering even more opportunities for adventure.

Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
