Small and old property. Elevator was extremely small….big enough for Two people.Bathrooms were very small. The shower in my trailer is bigger than the shower in these rooms

Staff were incredibly helpful and the hotel overall was perfect for a city break one nighter. The only negative aspect of the whole stay was the GF breakfast which was frankly inedible.

The hotel is quite nice and the location is great. The bed was just ok and the pillows weren’t bad but it was very hot and we didn’t sleep well as the a/c wasn’t very effective. The staff is extremely helpful and nice and the free breakfast was good. All around a good stay

Stayed here over 20 years ago and a big improvement, rooms clean and modern though the room door was a bit shabby. Good bathroom, breakfast was okay with a basic selection but very tasty. Reception staff could be a bit more welcoming on check in, I had trouble understanding the young lady as she was very softly spoken. Property looks onto residential apartments so not much privacy but I guess that varies from room to room

We went to Amsterdam, Paris, Switzerland in many places and Italy but this Hotel is getting my best review! Extremely nice front desk staff wow! The fact that they put the umbrellas ☔️ in case of rain it’s very caring. The room was very clean and had ac and window in the restroom which is a big plus. Only one recommendation is to put a small tiny fridge. Good price compared to rest. Thank you.

Good location. While somewhat dated, the property was clean and well maintained. It was my birthday on checkout and the staff surprised me with a box of Swiss chocolate with a handwritten birthday message. Pretty neat - having looked at my passport they knew it because we never said a word about it. Neat!

The location of the hotel was very convenient. It was very close to the main train station. The staff was very helpful. The facilities were comfortable. I wish the breakfast variety was better but we enjoyed the stay at Bristol Hotel.
