We arrived early and the front desk staff were very accommodating allowing us to drop luggage without taking the time to formally check us in which we did later. The location of this hotel is excellent if you’re arriving or departing by train.

The room we had was carved up from the store below and it felt as you were in the center of an intersection. Cars and trains were running virtually outside the window. We called Expedia trying to change the room to no avail. We discovered a lot of nicer hotels with lower star rating in the immediate area.

Very pleased with this hotel! Great location and helpful staff! We ate at the Central 1 (hotel restaurant) twice and were very happy with our meals! Jeremey and Nikola were great!
