Breakfast was a good option but not worth the extra cost. Should be included with stay. The key card system was not working so we didn’t have a key card throughout stay and could not access laundry do to this. The staff was accommodating and used the main key to let us into the room as needed.

The Locke Am Platz exceeded my expectations in every way. I stayed there for over a week and every member of the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my stay. The front desk staff were kind, accommodating, and always had great suggestions on how to utilize my days in Zurich. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and it felt like my home away from home. The location cannot be beat. The train station was right across the street which allowed me to get where I needed to go easily. Plenty of shopping and restaurants in walking distance. I was a solo traveler and I felt safe walking around the area at night. I would recommend to anyone and look forward to my next stay.

The room was not huge but it was perfectly designed, with a sitting area, cozy bed niche, and balcony. The decor was lovely. The staff were very helpful at all times. The real treat however was the restaurant — upscale but well worth it, with excellent service and a menu tailored to entertain as well as satisfy. Again, the staff were perfect: friendly, efficient, thoughtful. The location, across from a tram/train hub, is probably the best aspect. Airport in 20 minutes!

We stayed here for one night and it is close to the station. However, not much eating options around the area or much going on. The property is nice but not sure if I would stay here again. It feels further than a lot of things.
