I’ve stayed in several of Ruby’s hotels and this one did not disappoint. Modern, friendly staff, close to main train station. A restaurant next door. I’d stay in their hotels again!

Honestly the hotel is fine and is super close to the train station but the rooms are extremely small. I wouldn't stay there again just because the layout of the rooms is not convenient and the rooms are small

Very modern and clean centrally located hotel in Zurich. We had a 1 night stopover and didn’t get much time to explore the area and hotel properly but would recommend as very clean and spacious rooms and convenient location not far from the river. Lots of places nearby for food and drink and the hotel has a bar and restaurant.

There was a lot to like about this hotel especially movies at night (though each night there was a technical problem with the movie) and the convenient location. But the rooms were annoyingly narrow - I had to walk sideways to squeeze between the bed and the wall to reach the bathroom. I also found it annoying that there was no coffee make nor refrigerator in the room but rather one central service center one each floor. The worst thing was this could have been an excellent hotel with more focus of attention on the guests rather than economic savings for the hotel.
