From the living room you look from all sides over the water towards Westeinderplassen or the harbor. When you stand on the large roof terrace, which is as large as the house itself, you have a beautiful view over the surroundings. On the first floor is a smaller terrace, ideal for breakfast or lunch in the sun.



The open kitchen is fully equipped. A coffee maker and a 4-burner stove ensure that you can easily prepare a delicious meal for family or friends here. The bathroom has a toilet, shower and sink.



Do you love water sports? SUP boards, canoes and other fun boards can be found at the reception of Jachthaven Kempers Watersport. You can also visit various sailing schools at the Westeinderplassen to take a sailing course.



Would you like to be pampered after a day on the water? Then you can visit the marina's restaurant. Here you can enjoy delicious lunch and dinner. Free Wi-Fi is available outside the marina. You can use it on the boat terraces and in the Kempers Watersport showroom while enjoying a cup of coffee.

Coastal towns like Noordwijk and Katwijk are about 20 minutes away by car. Larger towns like Amsterdam and Haarlem are 30 minutes away.
