Super clean basement private entry suite with full size bed for business travellers or couple. Looking for a best place to relax after a long drive from East to West and vise versa. We are proud to offer ours. We take pride keeping high quality, clean and safe place for all as we never cease to explore improvements based on our previous guests recommendations. This is a fully furnished suite from cooker to a working station with desktop computer, a plus for business travellers. The design was carefully crafted by a pro based on a barn to a city living. Basic supplies are available enough to boost your day or 2. Guests are welcome to add up when supply last. We so love pets but we do not recommend in our property. A non-smoking regulation is strictly observed inside the unit and best of all, a cent to NO CLEANING FEE so we encourage our guests to do basic tidying (towel/sheets to ghe wash, garbage disposal etc.) upon leaving so we get things up and running for the next lucky guests on time if that is not too much to ask. otherwise, we may incur charges for housekeeper. We want to be fair for our future dwellers so they can enjoy the same convenience as the previous. We respect everyone's privacy and we recommend a no contact check-in as the door does not require mechanical key. A touch pad code will be coming your way few hours prior to arrival. For added convenience, we recommend guests to inform us their ETAs and any other preferences. This is a 7 to 15 minute drive to the entire town of Abbotsford where you find almost anything you need from sight viewings, evening fun to shopping. Golf course is just around the corner for a 5 minute drive. Try us out.

No control of temp

For it being a basement suite, it was unusually hot. I asked the owner multiple times if they could turn the temperature down and it was always “I’ll look into it” with no change. We twisted open the vents in the ceiling like instructed and it made no difference. There were no fans. Besides that, the place was very clean and nice. But the lack of AC had my boyfriend and I struggling 😅
