This property built in 2011 boasts a lovely modern open plan kitchen/dining room with modern appliances, a quiet enclosed garden, downstairs toilet and comfortable living room. The upstairs has 2 double and one single bedroom and bathroom. Parking in the driveway. Kingseat is walking distance via a lit walk to Newmachar .
