Pretty average stay. Staff were all really nice and helpful but the room was below par - poor lighting, a shower that leaked into the floor, etc - generally in need of some TLC. Quite a bit of a noise from the outside too. Bed was comfy enough. Not a terrible stay but wouldn't rush back.

We booked the room in November 2025 for valentines 2026 and were given a very run down and not very good room. I would have like and expected a much better room considering it was supposed to be an executive kind room and I had booked it way in advance. There was part of the bath panel missing. Thank god I always take my own body was as there was none in the bottle on the wall and the cleaner must not have noticed the big blob of conditioner on the bottle. When we arrived the room number on the key envelope was wrong so when we arrived at the room we thought was ours, it didn’t work and there was someone already in the room. So we had to go back to reception and ask what was happening and the reply was sorry that’s not your room number this is.
