We absolutely loved this place. From the scenery, to the village, to the accommodation. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway, look no further.
The cottage is set on a working farm, and in a great location. Some of the animals are not shy in making an appearance, but don't let that bother you, they are friendly!
My daughter loves animals, and was even treated to a tour of the stables, which she was over the moon with.
Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back. Hoping you have a busy summer.

The cottage is fairly isolated apart form the immediate neighbouring cottages and owners property but this was not a problem for us. The cottage was extremely comfortable, quirky and well decorated with excellent facilities. The hot tub was the icing on the cake. You need to be aware it is a working farm (made clear in the description) as the cockerel wakes just before dawn!! Also the horses were next to our cottage and could be heard to whinny early morning, none of which we minded but others might.
Here was a couple of frying pans that need replacing but it is the end of season and the owner did say they were sprucing the place up once we left.
I would stay again, loved the cottage and everything was very straightforward regarding booking process.
Excellent location, peaceful yet close enough to all local attractions.
