The lodge has a king-size double bedroom with ensuite, a twin bedroom, a family bathroom and an open plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area plus patio doors leading to a raised decked terrace.. Property has Sky TV basic entertainment package. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a lawned garden and raised front, decked veranda with furniture and hill views. Summertime Lodge is a lovely base from which to explore Wales.

There is also a great number of walking trails, including the Offa's Dyke pathway and the Clwydian Hill Range. Bodelwyddan, Rhuddlan and Conwy castles are all within easy distance and are worth visiting, as is the Victorian town of Llandudno for its quality shops, restaurants, fantastic dry ski slope and exciting cable car rides.
