Lovely two bedroomed cottage is situated just a short stroll to the North Wales Coastal path which offers beautiful views. The beautiful towns of Rhos-on-Sea, Conwy, Llandudno and Snowdonia National Park are nearby.. Ground Floor:
Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet
First Floor:
Living/dining room: Freeview TV
Kitchen: Electric Cooker, Electric Hob, Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen and Wi-Fi included. Towels charged a £7 per guests, to be paid to the owner. Cot, travel cot, highchair and stairgate available on request.. 2 dogs welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: This property has a security deposit of £100.. Sunrise Cottage has an upside down set up which gives the first floor far reaching sea views over the Irish Sea over to the Great Orme in Llandudno. The sunsets are quite something special too. The living/dining area on the first floor provides comfortable sofas and a Freeview TV. Also on this floor you have a well-equipped kitchen with electric oven/hob, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. The lower floor bedrooms feature a double and twin configured rooms, whilst the family bathroom has a bath with shower over.
Situated within Bron Y Wendon Holiday Park, you benefit from a reception upon arrival and throughout your stay. This is a quiet family run park with stunning sea views and is positioned perfectly for accessing all that the North Wales coast has to offer.
Just a short drive will take you to Colwyn Bay, with its water sports centre, the Victorian seaside town of Llandudno, with its café culture and shopping, or the quaint town of Conwy, with its spectacular castle and smallest house in Britain. Snowdonia National Park is just 23 miles away and is a must visit for those who love the outdoors.
