Extremely disappointing stay. The property did not honor the reservation. Did not provide a shuttle pickup from the airport. Neither I nor Expedia could get in touch with the property via email or phone. The property and room is in disrepair. Electronic lock on the door did not work, outlets, and lights were not functioning. No running water at times during my stay.

The facility needs to close down. I had to get out in the middle of the night to move my family to a different hotel. Came back the next day to checkout and move the rest of belongings.

Very busy property for locals. Unfortunately for visitors, the public areas get noisy. Menu for restaurant and room service is very limited. The hotel staff are helpful and try their best to assist. This hotel needs some renovating and modernizing. The floor I was staying on smelled of smoke.

The room was being cleaned however there were days when the trash would not be taken out.
The toilet was not being cleaned; Even when asked it was not done.
The hotel charged more than the price which was shown on expedia. This is extortion and was unfair to me.
I would not book this hotel again!
