We had a really bad experience at this hotel when we first got there they gave us the wrong room and didnât have enough beds in it and so they tried to switch us to a different room, but that didnât work. They couldnât figure out how to do it so we ended up just staying in the room they gave us the first night and all squishing into a king size bed. When we tried to head up to the room, the elevator wasnât working so they had to reset the elevator andwhen we got up to the room, our keys didnât work so we had to go back downstairs and have them come upstairs and fix our room keys and then the next day they were supposed to switch us to the presidential suite to make up for the night before problems And when they went to go switch us, they said oh that room is not available. We didnât check availability when we told you we were gonna give it to you so we didnât get the presidential suite so then they were gonna put us in a regular suite but the room wasnât ready yet so we said can we leave our stuff in our current room until that room is ready and they said yes and then they called us right back and said oh no you canât we need that room so you can leave the stuff in the office so we finally just decided to switch to another hotel because we had had enough. So we ended up switching to the La Quinta and everything went smooth from there on.
