We had three different rooms. First room air conditioner was fantastic. Although the bathroom door was busted out and the room could use a little bit of TLC second room air conditioner works for a little while didn’t turn into like a sauna and a few bugs came out, but the management did their part and relocating us to the room next-door where the air conditioner is nice and cold and it is actually a little bit more modern updated in a sense. Management pretty nice couple. A little pushy and I don’t know maybe moody but it’s also business professional. I understand that part but they have an overnight front desk/I guess whatever needed guy named Jesse and he is an amazing worker. He’s very kind and very courteous and from what I understand, he was here before new management took over and he’s still here and honestly, I could see him in a higher position than what he is because he really has great public relations and professionalism while still taking time to greet you with a pleasant smile and kind attitude. Upon arrival the lobby area was so strong smelling of Marijuana, I asked as I approached the desk if this hotel was smoking or non, and I said to the clerk it’s should smells strongly of Marijuana. The elevator is in a dark area of the lobby, the elevator buttons were so nasty, I didn’t want to touch them, as we got to our room, the heater was on and it was so hot we could hardly breath, as we began to look around, the fridge, microwave and the alarm clock were all unplugged, why I don’t know. As we began to examine our room, the work table was wooden, it looked like if I touched it I would have gotten a hand full of splinters, the light fixture was coming down from the ceiling in the bathroom, there was no washcloths at all only a hand towel and a bath towel, the security lock was broken the tub and toilet didn’t look like they had been cleaned. The people walking in, out and around the place looked very sketchy. I went back to the front desk and asked to check out and refund my money, at that point she offered me another room, but I refused and politely asked to be check out, she didn’t want to give me a refund, so I called hotels.com and after sending them the pictures, they refunded me my money.

We wanted to take a shower and the water was cold. No hot water. I tried to turn on the heater and it only had cold air. Went to eat breakfast and there was only coffee left. We went at 7am and no food left. I should have looked at reviews before booking here.
