The space
The apartment is suitable for family and friends gatherings, but always in moderation. Its living room, dining room, kitchen and bedrooms are very spacious, as well as its three full bathrooms.
Housekeeping during your stay is additional, if you require it, it costs $250 pesos per day, on the days that require it, and they are paid directly to the service person.
All three bedrooms have air conditioning at no additional cost.
It is the ideal place to enjoy the best views of Acapulco. There's no better place to appreciate the wonderful fireworks show during the December holidays.
The Condominium is located in the Nautical Zone of the port, very close to the Yacht Club. Five minutes from the beach by car.
It is very quiet to enjoy a good reading, an evening with friends or moments of relaxation.
Its spectacular pool has a wonderful view of Acapulco Bay.
The security service of the Condominium is available 24 hours a day, for any questions that you may have. They have direct communication with the host at all times.

The Condominium has designated parking spaces for visitors, so guests can enter one car per apartment in any of those spaces. 24-hour security. Guests
are required to identify themselves with security personnel upon arrival at the Condominium.

The purpose of this property is to enjoy your stay at the port in a healthy, responsible and moderate manner. It may be used by respectful guests who accept and agree to comply with Condominium regulations, care of facilities, furniture, equipment and do not abuse alcohol consumption and/or very loud noise. No celebrations or events.
Within the apartment, please modulate the noise after 10pm.
For your safety you should identify yourself with the surveillance booth staff to allow you to enter the property. We'll let you know the guest's name when they arrive.
We recommend taking proper precautions when going out at night, avoid driving in an inconvenient state.
Remember that before leaving the property you must leave closed windows of rooms and terrace.
The wind, although pleasant, is sometimes very strong so they are asked to open the curtains when the windows and/or terrace are opened, to prevent them from breaking.
Pool and splash room hours are 9am-10pm, as chemicals are applied to the pool and should be rested overnight. It is forbidden to use glasses or any glass items in the pool area or common areas. The pool regulations are in plain sight in the pool area so please be respectful of them in order to avoid discomfort to other condominiums.
No pets. Sufficient bath and pool towels
are provided and must be returned at the end of your stay. Pool towels are for internal use only, please do not take them to the beach or outside the Condominium.
It is very important to monitor children permanently, especially in bedroom windows, elevators and the pool to avoid accidents.
Please do not sit in beds and furniture with damp clothing, tanners and oil to avoid stains on the upholstery.
Because the weather is hot and humid, it is prone to insects so food is not allowed inside the rooms.
Although the place is smoke-friendly, smoking is not allowed inside the rooms to prevent accidents and air conditioning is infused with the smell of cigarette smoke.
The service of waitress and general cleaning of the property is provided every third day included in the cost of your stay, however when you additionally require the preparation of food for breakfast and food as well as setting the table and attending them during said meals, you must pay an additional cost of $250.00 two hundred and fifty pesos MN for this service which must be covered directly to the person in charge of cleaning. You must provide the inputs for their preparation.
That person's schedule will be from 9:00 a.m. When it comes to preparing food, the time of departure will be until 17:00 p.m. and when you only enter to perform bedding, toilet and cleaning in general, the schedule is until the person completes their work.
If you have any questions outside the service person's hours, I will always be ready to help and assist you in any way you may require.
Please help us take care of the water and report any leaks of water or gas to the security staff at the condominium cabin. The tap water is not potable, so they are provided with a bottle of water for consumption.
We ask our guests to take care of the apartment's electricity consumption, making sure not to leave anything on when leaving the house, (lamps, lamps, fans, air conditioners, etc.)
The department has WiFi coverage in all its areas, as soon as you arrive you will be provided with the keys so that your devices can be connected to the internet.
There are only up to a maximum of 6 places to sleep comfortably, so only up to 6 people are allowed, because the excess of said quota is punished by the condominium at a cost of $1,000 (one thousand pesos) per person per day.
In order to avoid unnecessary expense, please plan ahead.
