Very nice guest house in a very convenient location for East Legon and University of Ghana. Nice large room with good facilities and helpful staff; also a big balcony which was lovely. The location of the property was in an ideal location, but was not easily located. The staff was friendly, but nevertheless, the property can use hospitality upgrades. The breakfast was bland had no taste nor looked appetizing, served in the dining room area that look congested with other furnishings. The balconies were just that, a place to sit, with no iconic views. But one has to consider the neighborhood where guesthouse is located.

The place is neat, but old. There is mold in the bathroom shower and the bathroom sink leaked. In addition, there is a charge for bottled water and for the airport shuttle. I can't really recommend it.

Average stay. Staff welcoming and very polite but need additional customer service training. For example, staff did not appear to be informed about my reservation when I arrived at the guest house. Another example, while I applaud efforts to conserve energy, the guest house lobby and hallways were very dark, even in the evenings, which made it challenging to unlock and lock the door to my room. Finally, the security dog roamed too freely on the premises upon entry, which was uncomfortable to say the least.

I loved staying here when I was in Ghana. It literally felt like I never left my home in terms of how the hospitality was. The owner, front desk, and the overall staff was so friendly and welcoming. Make sure to stay there !
