From prompt pick up from the airport to check out, no complaints. The location of this hotel near the airport and is walkable to all kinds of stores. The room was impeccable, and very comfortable. Rebecca and Mavis at the front desk were exemplary examples of hospitality at it's best! Thank you all for making my stay a memorable experience.

Clean Room. Small Hotel but great location in Accra. In a good part of town. Restaurants within in minutes on hotel. You Uber or Bolt rides is recommended. Close to a major street but gotta walk a few blocks.

good value for $. spacious and clean.

Don't be surprised by its small size. Rooms were bigger than ones nearer to airport. spacious. very friendly staff. bar was open till 1030 even though almost not customers. food was fine.

Staff were very friendly especially the lady in the restaurant in the mornings. Food was on time and lovely and the hotel was clean and tidy. Generally the room was clean and tidy. Very nice and quiet neighbourhood.

Clean and quiet hotel

I stayed at Oak Plaza at Shiasia on the fringe of East Legon on 26/5/2019 for 7 days. The hotel is small compare to its sister hotel off the Spintex Road. I chose the East Legon branch because it was in a location where the traffic is less busy. I was picked up at the airport by a polite driver. On arrival at hotel, I was given a towel to wipe my hands and a complimentary glass of juice by again polite receptionist. The hotel is very clean. WiFi worked and no water issues with the shower. Been a small hotel it felt very private and it is almost like been at home. Breakfast is freshly made, and you are asked what you prefer the night before. All their food weather continental or local is freshly made whilst you wait. My only complaint which i guess is really a western problem is not been able to have a chilled Sauvignon Blanca after a long day in that heat or a heavy rain storm. They only sell their wine by bottle and could not manage on my own. So Oak if you are reading this find a way of selling wine by glass. I will stay again as they looked after me well. If you are on a busy trip and like me you prefer no road or church noise, then this is the place for you. There is also no gym or pool but they are accommodating enough to pick you up to take you to the Spintex rd branch to gym or swim. All in all the set up works well. Keep up with the good work Oak P.

More comfortable than home

Boutique style hotel that felt cozy and home-like. Food was great! Room was relatively spacious and made you feel pampered. Staff very friendly but seemed to have multiple responsibilities so sometimes needed to look for them. Located in my preferred area of the city so I will definitely use again.
