A tastefully furnished apartment with stunning views at 500 meters from the sea of Aci Trezza, a charming fishing town with a romantic promenade, good restaurants and a vibrant atmosphere all year round.

The apartment consists of a living room with a comfortable sofa, an open kitchen with dining table, a bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet, and a double room with stunning sea view.

Casa delle Alohe is halfway Catania and Acireale on the second and upper floor of a modern villa. The bright living room has access to one of the two furnished terraces with stunning sea views. Stairs lead to a second terrace, on the roof, with a 360-degree view. This terrace is perfect for sunbathing.

The presence of central heating and the sunny, south facing, position makes Casa delle Alohe ideal for a stay at any time of the year.

Tout Ă©tait parfait !

Accueil de Giuseppe et Jano gĂ©nial pour notre arrivĂ©e trĂšs tardive! L’appartement est encore mieux en vrai que sur le site( dĂ©co de trĂšs bon goĂ»t, sensation d’espace, Ă©quipements de qualitĂ© en particulier la literie). Il faut se forcer pour partir visiter! Merci pour le vin et les fruits Ă  l’arrivĂ©e! On a apprĂ©ciĂ© et merci pour l’aloe vera qui nous rappellera la dĂ©co extĂ©rieure de la maison. L’accĂšs aux restaurants d’Aci Trezza est facile Ă  pied et la possibilitĂ© de garer la voiture un atout. Super sĂ©jour, on recommande sans restriction.

Very nice view !

The flat is exactly as describe; probably even better in reality compare than the pictures. The location is great assuming your have a car. The village is a nice small village with all you need to relax. The host are absolutely lovely and very helpful. I would go back!

Nous avons été trÚs agréablement accueillis par Giuseppe et son frÚre Jano. des fruits et une bouteille de vin de leurs vignes nous attendaient. la maison et la vue des terrasses nous ont beaucoup plu et aci trezza et les environs méritent de prendre son temps. Wir haben eine traumhafte Woche in dieser wunderschön renovierten Ferienwohnung verbracht – ideal fĂŒr zwei Personen. Alles war hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet, mit einem gemĂŒtlichen Wohnzimmer samt KĂŒche, einem modernen Bad und einem Schlafzimmer mit einem riesigen Eckfenster direkt zum Mittelmeer – einfach atemberaubend! Die Wohnung liegt ruhig am Hang und bietet zwei herrliche Terrassen: eine große, ĂŒberdachte Terrasse mit traumhaftem Meerblick direkt vor der KĂŒche, und eine Dachterrasse darĂŒber mit noch weiterem Blick ĂŒber die KĂŒste – ein Ort zum Verweilen und Genießen. Unser Gastgeber war ausgesprochen herzlich, begrĂŒĂŸte uns mit einer Flasche seines eigenen Weins und verabschiedete uns am letzten Tag sogar mit einem kleinen Geschenk. Giuseppe and Jano were absolutely wonderful hosts! They were great with communication and very accommodating with our arrival time. They were so welcoming and we were greeted with a beautiful bowl of fresh fruit and a delicious bottle of Janos’ homemade wine
 one of the best we tasted!! The apartment is everything it looks like and more!! The views are unbelievable, especially from the rooftop! Having the patio and rooftop to ourselves was so lovely and we enjoyed many espressos and glasses of wine out there overlooking the water. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for our week stay. It was a plus being just a short walk to the main restaurants and sea area as well! Thank you both so much, we had a fantastic time at Casa delle aloe!

Mit Aussicht aufs Meer, sehr ruhig gelegen und zu Fuß 10 Minuten zum Strand und 20 Minuten zurĂŒck. Der Balkon war gut beschattet, so dass wir immer draußen sitzen konnten und auch viel Platz hatten. Die Wohnung war super sauber und der Gastgeber sehr, sehr freundlich. Zum Abschied bekamen wir sogar ein leckeres Geschenk. Von dort konnten wir viele Besichtigungen unternehmen.

Wir haben eine herrliche Woche in Aci Trezza verbracht. Die Wohnung mit grosser Terrasse plus zusĂ€tzlicher Dachterrasse ist sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und hat eine faszinierende Aussicht aufs Meer. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und freundlich, haben uns viele wertvolle Informationen zu AusflĂŒgen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gegeben und waren jederzeit gut erreichbar. Der kleine authentische Ort mit seinen vielen guten Restaurants und den Bademöglichkeiten hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Check-in verlief Dank der sehr zuvorkommenden UnterstĂŒtzung unseres Vermieters zĂŒgig und einwandfrei. Er hat uns gelotst und sehr herzlich mit einem riesen Obstkorb und einer Flasche leckeren Weins sowie endlosen Tipps fĂŒr Unternehmungen. Sehr gastfreundlich ohne aufdringlich zu sein. KĂŒchenausstattung ist sehr gut, alles da, was man so braucht. W-LAN Empfang war stets da und schnell. Die Aussicht von den Terrassen ist gigantisch, die Ausstattung generell sehr gut! Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Month in Sicily

The apartment was fine however a month long stay and no cleaning service was not good. They did give an extra set of sheets that the elastic on the bottom sheet was dry rotted so did not stay on the bed. The pictures show this beautiful patio and while it was nice you could not use it as the sun was so intense. An umbrella was provided but the wind took it away and a pot fell and broke the plastic cover below. There was no set screw to secure the umbrella to the base so they blamed us and tried to make us pay and when we refused they became very angry and hollered at us in Italian and sent nasty text. They also entered the apartment while we were gone visiting the islands without letting us know. Why they entered is unknown to us. The lounge chairs provided were old and broken. Overall it was just average. We stayed at a couple other location in Sicily that were much nicer in the same price range. I would not recommend

The hills of aci trezza

These are the greatest hosts in the world. They were so calm and professional and the facilities are cleaner than my home. Immaculate! The kitchen is adequately provisioned. Shower and toilet 
perfect. The terrace has views you can’t beat. There is even a bonus terrace above. Be prepared for a few stairs which are easily navigable (we are 70) convenient to markets too!I would have no problem staying again. Two difficulties It’s a little challenging to find but once you’ve got it figured out it’s easy. Also, during our stay the washer was in operative but that was fixable and they provided fresh towels to accommodate us. We even cooked in several times and really enjoyed the Siciliano still di vida.

Amazing Views

The owners were fantastic greeting us when we got there. The views are spectacular. The town is close by walkable or there is plenty of metered parking on the waterfront. Great restaurants plenty of choices. Totally recommend staying here.

So comfortable and amazing views.

Giuseppe and Jano made us welcome in person, and had provided bottled water, home made wine (unbelievably good) and the most delicious blood oranges and lemons from the garden. They could not do enough for us! The property would be hard to find but their directions meant we found it easily. A car is necessary for stays here but it is worth it - quiet and comfortable with amazing views from the patio and roof garden. Thank you both for letting us stay here!

We were a little hesitant to book a place in Sicily online. We came across this unit when searching Catania. The photos do not do it justice. The unit was beautiful and comfortable. Jano and Giuseppe met us and made sure everything was explained. The fresh fruit and homemade wine were delightful and we enjoyed them very much. The view from the terrace is famtastic. Being able to cook in a fully equipped kitchen and do laundry helped keep expenses down. Great base of operations to see Syracuse, Taormina and Etna. You'll love it here.

FĂŒr den Aufenthalt in Aci Trezza ist ein Mietwagen unverzichtbar da die Wohnung etwas oberhalb liegt und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten weiter entfernt sind.An den Fahrstil der Sizilianer muss man sich allerdings erst gewöhnen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.
