Room was dirty with dead insects and spider webs around the room. There was no breakfast as described in the booking for the room being one of the reasons we choose this location. Overall very disappointed with this stay.

Disappointing and dirty room

Property in bad condition. Rooms with boarded windows, pool inoperable, broken outlet covers in the room with stained furniture and appeared housekeeping had not cleaned the room in some time. No toilet paper and articles of clothing from a past guest were left in the closet.

I canceled this reservation after entering room. It was not a non smoking room. It smelled awful. It was not "clean". The receptionist was pleasant and offered another room, but I declined. Said if I wanted a refund you had to ask and she would grant. I am an asthma suffered, so I was just not sure another room would help. I went to Calhoun and paid at the Baymont which was great. Would like a refund please.

The staff was nice enough, but the place was strange. The room itself was ok. About what you would expect at that lower price point. A bit worn out, but clean. The problem was we were placed in the back and it was really funky. Flickering outside lights, dirty sidewalks and outer building walls, nonworking ice and pop machines and it seemed like someone was feeding stay animals as their were empty pet food cans littered about. Also some kinda shaky people staying there. Also, they never had the lobby open. Not at night and not in the morning. Really - keep driving.

Very comfortable bed. Everything was clean. Air conditioner was awesome.
