We book and paid around 600$, we canceled our booking in just 10 mins after we did it, but the management did not accept to refund any of our amount! They told us it is their policy ! How come you take money for a service that you haven’t provide??

Mr PierreIt is true that you called our hotel. However, our staff at the reception told you that this reservation was an online reservation. For this, you had to cancel it through the agency you made the reservation with. Because the agency you made the reservation payment for had received it, your agency had to forward the cancellation request to us. If a cancellation was made by your agency. If you had a request, we would like to help you in this regard. If you want to come to Adana again, we will upgrade your standard room to a suite, provided that we are your choice. Stay healthy....

Very week internet connection. Rooms are medium size not big enough. Beverages are expensive at lobby area.
