Furthermore, the residential complex offers two communal swimming pools with a solarium, ideal for cooling off and sunbathing. Although the pool is not heated, the warm temperatures of the southern part of the island allow it to be enjoyed all year round.

Additionally, the famous tourist area of Fañabé, Playa de las Américas, and Playa del Duque are just a 10-minute drive away. These areas have beautiful fine sand beaches and a wide variety of leisure options, such as restaurants, bars, and shops.
