Fantastic trip with ten dads, middle aged. Fantastic hotel, pools, all inclusive, rooms were perfect for sharing - 2 per room (make sure you message in advance for this), we went for 3 nights, the weather, saxophone player around the pool, restaurants. Only niggle was music turning off at midnight. This hotel is a super fun hotel… not for anyone who wants a quiet getaway.

Food was average not as good as last time. Breakfast was very good. Dinner cold and limited choice. Splash bar had poor service understaffed had to wait a long time to be served. Shame as the staff were very friendly. No waiter service up on the 16th floor had to queue for a drink. Which considering the price of drinks was poor. Would we go again, No not 5 star service.

When is all inclusive NOT all inclusive?! Over half of the drinks are supplement, half of the restaurants give you a 30% discount, but worst of all the coffee bar, splash pool and beach club will let you have an all inclusive lunch between 1200-1300 and 1300-1500 and it’s less than half of what’s on the menu (if you’re paying anytime/anything you want). But between 1300-1500 the only All inclusive option is buffet restaurant. Not like most 5* AI, most things ARE NOT ALL INCLUSIVE

The 80s aqua class was amazing!! The best ever been too. This hotel could be 5 star if they had staff and stuck to giving all inclusive if you pay for it! Bizarre rules.

This place is awful. Dated building inside and out, not very clean, stained sheets, dirty rooms, awful food, staff are generally rude and unhelpful, honestly you could not pay me to go to this hotel again. We did all inclusive but ended up eating out as the food was really poor. I thought faeces in the pool day one was bad but it got worse someone also puked in the pool. The surrounding area is tacky and run down. The beach is a literal joke! You really feel unwelcome here, complaints are just ignored, it's just grim. The steak house staff, in particularly Alicia was on another level of rude genuinely shocked by her behavior, this was their a la carte restaurant! I love Tenerife and have been to several different resorts but this hotel was very disappointing, really poor value for money!

Loved the jacuzzi - sofa double bed was really uncomfortable - main bed was really comfy - lagoon pool had been shut for 2 months but luckily opened on our check out day - we got to use it on check out day - there were also showers and luggage storage can use on checkout day - view from room was of pools, which was good - food selection was good - we did have all inclusive so buffet dinner for 6 was really expensive - extra cost for drinks even with all inclusive - location was ok can get taxi into Costa Adeje - all in all family of 6 we all enjoyed our stay and would stay again

The hotel is well equipped for entertaining families and adults alike. All staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The only negative was we were staying in one of the Rock Royalty suites on an all inclusive package, we found it difficult to eat in particular restaurants as you are only able to eat in them at particular times of the day, and that you need to book everything apart from the buffet. We found this restrictive and annoying as you don’t know what time of day you will be hungry tomorrow. The offering of vegetarian food on the all inclusive buffet was very poor, with poor selections in either the all inclusive restaurants and those restaurants that you need to pay 70% for as these are not included in the package. This resulted in us spending an additional £800 on food both in and outside the hotel.

The room was good but not fully clean upon arrival, it was sorted by housekeeping the next day though. The largest pool, pool bar and beach bar were closed for refurbishment forcing everyone to the smaller splash pool which was ok but the staff struggled to deal with the number of people. The service was good but at meal times you were basically limited to one drink. It all felt rushed and not relaxing. The pool itself was poorly maintained too. Both my son’s cut their hands and feet on numerous occasions on sharp or missing tiles, once needing first aid from the lifeguard. Another child cut the end off his toe.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The sofar bed was uncomfortable.hard, kids hurt them self on they legs every time they get in because steels frame that stick out underneath bed sheet that them couldn't see. Pool was half close at the time we stay and only little pool was opened so it was over crowded and water was cloudy as too many people in it. Not nove.Other then that was good.
