Outside
The villa is all about the outside area. So much attention has been paid to making the most of the outside space which is perfect for a holiday in Tenerife as outside is where you will spend most of your time.

The first thing you'll notice about this lovely villa is the fantastic views from the garden. Everything here has been designed with making the most of this elevated position. From the patio doors you will be able to see the luxurious outdoor furniture that sits on the terrace, also on the terrace you'll find a built in barbecue and Gas barbecue with plenty of space for alfresco eating. This is a wonderful space for relaxing with your family and friends as the sun goes down.

Beyond the terrace there is a grassed area, leading down to the steps which give you access to the lower terrace with the pool and sun loungers. There are several sun shades to make sure you have access to areas out of the sun's rays, we think this is perfect for an after lunch siesta.

The private heated pool which is heated during the winter months (Oct-April) to approx 26 degrees . The traditional square shape with curved steps down into the pool itself. At the end of the outside area is a clear glass fence. This makes the most of the amazing views out over the Costa Adeje golf course and beyond to the azure Atlantic. This is a garden worth spending time in to relax and soak up the quiet area around the villa.

The villa is accessed by secure remote gate and has off road parking.

The private swimming pool is cleaned weekly and Beach towels are provided.
Inside the villa
The inside of the villa is a very stylish space. The open plan living and dining area has been decorated to make the most of the contrast between the light bright walls and floor and the dark chocolate brown furniture. There is a 42"TV system with all british/European channels and films that can cater for all nationalities.

There is also free 5G Wi-Fi.

The kitchen is perfectly formed and includes all the fixtures and fittings you would expect from a home away from home, including dishwasher and all white goods.

One of the lovely double en suite bedrooms is located on the ground floor and has large patio leading out onto the terrace area.

Upstairs there are two further double bedrooms that are both en-suite. Two of the rooms are double beds and one has two single beds, all three are furnished very well, with lots of attention being paid to the finishing touches. The two upstairs rooms share a large balcony furnished with sun loungers. This is a perfect space to relax and enjoy the stunning views.

The living room & each bedroom have air conditioning.

Local Area
The area around this villa is peaceful and quiet, this location is quiet enough to hear the sounds of nature, but close enough to the local amenities in the lovely town of La Caleta. This is a town that is friendly and welcoming, a traditional fishing village that has developed into an elegant yet accessible place to visit.
