Beautiful hotel with fantastic views, staff and pool areas. Made to feel special from the moment we checked in. Spacious rooms with an extremely comfortable bed. Great options for breakfast and waiter service at pool areas. No sunbed reservations which made finding a sunbed at any time of day easy. Fantastic views meant a bit of a hill to walk back up to hotel, but very cheap taxi fare if you chose not to walk it.

What an amazing place to be at. Best holiday I’ve ever had. Our child was in princess heaven. The staff is exceptionally wonderful. Never felled more relaxed than after our holiday here. Thank you all so so much.

The room was dirty especially the bath which was full and I mean full of hair. The hot tub was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned I actually did it myself twice to be able to use it. The outside terrace was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned. Also on our welcome we weren’t offered a welcome drink like everyone else who was checking in who got one! For €300 euros for one night definitely disappointed and definitely not 5 stars standards I expected. Will not return and will review on google and trip advisor to warn people to avoid.

Our 4th stay here, wonderful hotel and staff! Staff are so friendly and welcoming nothing is too much trouble. Very tentative and the hotel breakfast has vegan friendly options. Love it here

All the staff was very courteous and accomodating our requests for vegetarian food options. The breakfast spread was very good. The Italian restaurant had amazing food. The options for all the various pools was great as well. The room and beds were very comfortable.

Had a great stay at La Plantation in May. Lovely big room and bathroom which was super clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and seemed happy to be there. Special mention to Lily for the great daily yoga sessions! The food was also a real highlight with a great range of fresh salads, cheeses, bread and the cook to order fresh seafood and meats were delicious. Having a choice of king prawns, swordfish, sea bass and langoustine made the buffet worthy of 5* . We wanted a week of total relaxation and feeling pampered and that's what we got. Thank you La Plantation team. One small request would be to ensure that the adult only areas and expectations for the relaxation pool zone are reinforced by all staff. During our stay it was done by the pool staff at the beginning of the stay, which was great, but not midweek. Having selected the hotel for having a separate quiet adult only area this was important to us and probably to some other guests too. Other than that it was a fabulous experience which we hope to repeat!

Loved our stay there. Had an amazing sea view room. The only point I would raise is the music I could hear in the room every day all day due to the bar which is open until 1/1:30am daily from 8am onwards. This impacted my sleep. But the hotel, their restaurant, facilities were amazing.

best hotel ever

it was stunning. the staff are so professional and very friendly. the cleaners were perfect with so much attention to detail. amazing pool side service and a lovely welcome at reception. prosseco on arrival. stunning location and 10 minute walk to costa adeje market. breakfast was so tasty with so much variety. this was the best hotel i have ever stayed at. i will 100% be coming back.

Incredible hotel, service and grounds! From arrival drinks, taking our luggage and welcoming to our room, from daily room cleans, turn down service and room amenities such as clarins products and toiletries, everything was perfect. We were lucky enough to have a free upgrade on arrival too. Easy and free parking! Worked out cheaper us renting a car for the stay rather than the transfers. The service was impeccable. Attentive and friendly staff and pool service with a good selection of food and drink which were reasonably priced. Definitely deserves the 5 stars and would absolutely stay here again. My only feedback as an area of improvement would be the cocktails (and we tried almost all of them). They looked amazing however the mixers/ juices were all very sugary and didn't taste like the traditional cocktails. The pina colada being the exception, which was fantastic!
