The room was clean but very dated — definitely in need of an update. The décor and furnishings felt old-fashioned, and unfortunately, the view was of a brick wall, which made the room feel quite closed in. The room did not match the website photos. Staff were polite, but overall the experience didn’t match the price or expectations. Biggest disappointment was no parking available at 3pm even after requesting to reserve a park. Local car parking was expensive and a fair walk. Personally would not book again as needed parking.

The girl who served me was lovely and bubbly but there was one lady who seemed very frustrated to be working. Check in and check out was easy. Only negative thing was my mini fridge made a loud noise constantly that affected my sleep. I let the reception know and they just said would tell maintenance and that was it.

Our room was very clean and tidy. Location so convenient, close to transport . Staff was nice and always ready to help 24 hs. Parking not free but easy access in the back of the hotel. Really recomend this hotel to go with family.

This is a very convenient location, opposite the Royal Adelaide Hospital. I had an appointment at the RAH and specifically chose the Riviera for this reason. (I live a few hours from Adelaide). It was also good to have secure parking.
